Thank you for shopping with LEIGHS ACCESSORIES AND MORE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on leighsshop.com.

1) Return Window & Eligibility

Return period: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Item condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, odors, pet hair, stains, or missing tags/packaging may be denied or issued a partial refund at our discretion.
2) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund (unless defective/incorrect on arrival):

Intimates/lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, and swimwear once hygiene seals are broken

Personalized/monogrammed or made-to-order items

Gift cards and e-gift cards

“Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” labeled items
3) Exchanges (Sizing/Color)
The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and submit a return for the original. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll process your refund per this policy. If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact us and we’ll help if the requested item is in stock.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@leighsshop.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund. For verified issues, return shipping is on us.
5) How to Start a Return

Email support@leighsshop.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the correct return address.

Please do not ship any returns without an RMA; unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

Ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RMA using a trackable method.

You may use your own label, or request a prepaid label; when a prepaid label is used, its cost will be deducted from your refund (except for verified damaged/defective/incorrect items).

Risk of loss: Until the return is delivered and scanned at our facility, the package remains your responsibility. Please keep your tracking number.
6) Refunds

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

Timing: After your return is delivered to us, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

What’s refundable: Product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

Deductions: If you use our prepaid label, the label cost is deducted from your refund (not applicable to verified defective/incorrect items). Items failing inspection may receive a partial refund.
7) Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale on leighsshop.com within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a one-time price adjustment in the form of a refund of the difference or store credit. Excludes site-wide promotions, limited-time coupons, and final-sale items.
8) Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but changes may not be possible once the order has been prepared or shipped.
9) International Orders (if applicable)
International returns are accepted within the same timelines. Duties, taxes, and international shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/incorrect.
10) Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer or marketplace, please follow their return policy. We can only process returns for orders placed directly on leighsshop.com.
11) Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected return abuse, excessive wear/use, or fraud.
