1) Processing Times

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET process the next business day.
  • Pre-order or back-order items ship by the estimated date on the product page; mixed orders may ship together or separately at our discretion.

2) Delivery Times (after processing)

  • Standard (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited (U.S.): typically 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or events outside our control.

3) Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • We ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx). The selected service will appear at checkout and on your confirmation email.
  • Any free-shipping promotions apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before tax (if offered).

4) Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5) Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to update/cancel an order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best, but changes may not be possible once an order is prepared or shipped.

6) P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Multi-Address

  • P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO: Accepted for select services (usually USPS). Transit times may be longer.
  • One order = one shipping address. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.

7) International Shipping (if applicable)

  • We ship to select countries; options and rates are shown at checkout.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

8) Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors/household, then contact the carrier and support@leighsshop.com within 7 days.
  • For items damaged in transit, keep all packaging and email photos plus your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
  • Carrier delays (weather, peak volume, operational issues) are outside our control; we’ll help where possible.

9) Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

  • Returned packages due to refusal, incorrect address, or unclaimed delivery may incur reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

10) Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
